Welcome to Flashdance Disco.
I have been operating as a professional Mobile Disco and Presenter for more than 18 years, providing the very best in party music from the 60s to the present day. So there's always something for everyone!
Weddings really are special family occasions and the reception can be particularly enjoyable. After the formal events of the day the reception is a chance for people to relax, let their hair down and celebrate! We'll play music that will delight everybody, from Grandma down to the tiny toddlers, and keep them on their feet dancing along.
We can provide written confirmation if requested for peace of mind, and can set up in the morning or afternoon (venue permitting), and we can even provide a DJ to play background music during your day.
Mood lighting is availble to add that special touch your party and create a truly special experience.
At Flashdance, we offer a range of services along side our disco, including balloons, chair covers, wedding videography, smoke machines and even a casino (including roulette & blackjack tables with croupier). See our website or contact us using the form below for more information.
I only use top quality sound and lighting equipment so you can be sure your party is handled professionally and everyone has a good time.
I have worked at many venues throughout the years, including the position as Resident DJ at Walworth Castle Hotel, near Darlington. I provided the music at this hotel for more than a decade. I was primarily involved with Wedding Receptions and making a real night to remember for the newlyweds and their guests until I decided it was time for a change.
I left this venue to go back to being an Independent DJ and Mobile Disco service provider. I have also worked at various establishments in Bishop Auckland for 5 years.

Me and my new wife would like to say a massive thank you to the flashdance disco for the excellent music and lighting system provided for us on our wedding night. Music was top notch and had everyone up dancing truly excellent and very very professional. I would just like to thank Michael from Flashdance Disco for making my 50th birthday party a night to remember. We had a fantastic time and as requested Michael played music from the 70's and 80's and some rock music for my kids. Thanks ever so much for making our special day continue 'til late with a fabulous disco at Cockton Hill Club.
