Hi, my name is Emma and I’m based in the West End of Darlington. I’m a qualified Health & Fitness professional with over 10 years experience in the industry, which has included personal training in premier London health clubs.

I now specialise in helping brides achieve their health and wellness goals before their big day. I’ve had great success with many brides whose goals have ranged from wanting to increase their energy levels to wanting to lose 2 stone before their big day.

I provide education and information on the effects of excesses and deficiencies in individuals diet and then offer recommendations on healthier choices. Recommendations may include high quality botanical based products by Herbalife. I keep in touch with clients on a weekly basis to offer motivation and to ensure they are achieving their goals.

I help people with things like energy and vitality, weight loss, healthy lifestyle, sports nutrition and also problems such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, etc.

I am also able to offer advice and coaching on appropriate exercises to ensure individuals reach their goals.

The initial consultation takes around 45 minutes and is free - It can be carried out either by phone or at my home office. Some brides like to involve their bridesmaids / Mums in which case I would be happy to do a home visit to make it more convenient for you.
